Snow and slope decide the remodel
Most Teton Village remodels come down to snow and slope. Beds sited where the plow has to put snow get destroyed annually, and grade that moves sends water somewhere it should not go. We rebuild those properly rather than repairing the same thing every June.
For owners who are not here, we run the whole job by phone and photos. You see the work as it progresses, you decide by text, and it is finished and cleaned up before you next arrive.
