Around the town core, East Jackson, and the properties running out toward the elk refuge, the ground freezes hard and moves. A paver patio that was not excavated and based properly will heave, and an irrigation line that was not blown out will split. We build for that first and worry about the finish second, because redoing an install costs far more than doing it once.

Jackson is home base. Most of our install and maintenance work sits inside town or just outside it, which means short response times and a route that already runs past you.

Contracted Jackson properties sit on a route and get plowed in the same order every storm. No phone call, no competing with whoever called first. For second homes and rentals we plow whether or not anyone is there, so access stays open for guests and cleaners.
