Will a paver patio heave in winter?

Not if the base is built for it. Depth of excavation, the right base material, and proper compaction and drainage are what prevent it. That is where the real cost of a patio is.

Do you handle irrigation blowouts?

Yes. A system that is not blown out properly before a Jackson winter will split. We handle blowout in the fall and startup in the spring.

What trees actually survive here?

Elevation and exposure decide it. We will tell you what will live on your specific site rather than selling you something that looks good on the truck.

An install that works in most of the country fails here. Frost heave lifts a patio that was not based deep enough, an irrigation line that was not blown out properly splits in October, and sod laid at the wrong point in a short season never takes. The install is the easy part. Building it so it survives a Jackson winter is the job.

We go over the finished work together, and cover irrigation startup and watering if sod went in.
